CREATE AN ACCOUNT
How to participate on the site
On the top right corner of your site, click Register.
You will see the Create account screen (shown below). Enter the required information and hit the Create Account button.
Open your new message from the news site. Click the link in that email to set your password and you'll see a page with the instructions below.
Hit the Log In button to create and confirm your new password at the bottom of the page.
